Danielle was born and raised in Miami, Florida. In 2007, she graduated summa cum laude from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science. After college, Danielle attended Florida International University College of Law where she received her Juris Doctorate.
Upon graduation from Florida International University in 2011, Danielle moved to Jacksonville, Florida where she worked as an associate attorney for a small estate planning firm. Beginning in 2013, Danielle began her stent working for the state of Florida. She started in St. Augustine, Florida as a Children’s Legal Services attorney, and then moved to Tallahassee, Florida where she worked as an Assistant General Counsel for the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles, an Associate Public Counsel for the Office of Public Counsel, and as a Committee Attorney for the House of Representatives.
At BSM, Danielle will be working with our motor vehicle dealer clients on franchise issues including terminations, add point protests, facility and incentive program disputes and warranty reimbursement matters
