BSM Clients Continue to Enjoy Lucrative Warranty Reimbursement Rates

BSM continues to have success obtaining increased warranty reimbursement for its dealer clients across
the United States. BSM partner, Jason Allen, leads the BSM team responsible for assisting dealers
seeking increased parts markup and labor rates on their warranty work. These requests are made
pursuant to laws put in place in over forty states requiring manufacturers to reimburse dealers at a
markup/rate equivalent to the markup/rate charged to non-warranty customers. Mr. Allen has become
intimately familiar with the submission requirements of all the motor vehicle manufacturers as well as
the laws governing those submissions throughout the country.
BSM clients have enjoyed warranty reimbursement increases amounting to hundreds of thousands of
dollars each year. In fact, many clients are on their second or third request for a further increase in
reimbursement as such requests are generally permitted every twelve months.
